Pricing

Annual subscriptions are based on a school year (Ending June 30th of the subscription year).
Licenses purchased in April, May or June will be valid through June 30th of the following year).
Initial purchases made between January and April will be discounted if you opt to pay the following year at the same time.
All subscriptions include email and U.S. based phone support. Tech support phone number is provided upon purchase.
If your church is located in Mississippi, 7% sales tax will be added to the purchase price.
When you sign up, we will:
- Activate your account (usually within 1 business day).
- Create your default clubs and teams.
- Send your master login credentials.

For a limited time, existing customers who refer three (3) churches or organizations who purchase an annual subscription will receive a free one year extension. To take advantage of this offer:

You must have already purchased an annual subscription.
The referring church must let us know you referred them at the time they purchase.
Your subscription must be active (not expired).
Your referrals may span multiple years.

All licenses will be in the church/organization name.
An individual may purchase the license for your church, but the license will be in the church name.
Licenses are not transferrable.

Most functions are available, but a few like sending emails are prohibited.
When you request a demo, we will create a database specifically for your organization. Then, when you decide to purchase, we will upgrade your account to a paid license. You will not lose any data that you have entered.

We want you to be satistifed with your purchase, so we offer a full 30 days for testing. Therefore, we are unable to offer a refund once a license fee has been paid.
